Maximo Support

Interloc Solutions is one of a handful of vendors in the United States authorized to provide Levels 1 and 2 support to users of IBM's Maximo software. This agreement permits Interloc to provide personalized support to our Maximo clients as an alternative to the provision of Levels 1 and 2 support by IBM. Interloc liaises with IBM, who provide level 3 support to all Maximo clients, to address any issues inherent to the software.

Antenna Dexterra Support

Interloc is authorized to provide Antenna Dexterra Levels 1 and 2 support to our clients. Similarly to our support arrangement with IBM, Interloc provides first level support to identify and troubleshoot the issue, and second level support to delve further into resolving it if needed. Antenna Dexterra will provide level 3 support for any issues inherent to the software.

Premium Support

Interloc offers Premium Maximo support packages which are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. The key benefit of premium support is coverage for customizations; clients with heavily modified implementations receive Interloc's personal and knowledgeable support coverage no matter how much it deviates from out-of-the-box Maximo. Examples of items that can be negotiated into Premium support packages include:

  • VPN support
  • Extended-hours support
  • Priority response to critical issues
  • Ability to reserve consultants to assist with scheduled activities
  • Additional instruction in the use of Maximo and any customizations Interloc has implemented

Retired Version Support

Interloc offers support for retired versions of Maximo and Dexterra software. Once a version is retired, a client can typically use it for 2 additional years before migrating to a newer version. Interloc will ensure there are resources available who maintain skills and knowledge not only of the retired software package, but of your specific usage of it as well.

Interloc Solutions and Adapx partner to deliver Capturx for Maximo

Interloc Solutions, along with Adapx, are partnering on a solution that will enable Maximo customers to instantly integrate data from paper forms into Maximo using digital pens. The announcement was made at the Fall Mountain West Maximo User Group meeting, where Capturx for Maximo was showcased.
