We are seeking candidates for the following roles:

Maximo Project Manager - North America

Interloc seeks a Maximo Project Manager to support varied North American Maximo projects. This role will be the primary point of reference and contact for clients and responsible for overall delivery and the first escalation point for any issues. This role is remote now but must be open to high levels of business travel once restrictions are lifted. Legal right to work in the United States is required; we cannot sponsor candidates at this time.



  • 8+ years project management experience and a successful record of Maximo related projects
  • Direct individual Maximo asset management software experience
  • Successful delivery of technology projects across multiple business units in large organizations
  • Experience managing large functional and technical implementation teams across multiple countries and time zones
  • Experience managing contract deliverables & quality enforcement
  • Experience with project management skills in the area of progress tracking/risk reporting, risk mgmt, project issue resolution, time mgmt & planning
  • Experience with Organizational Change Management and integrating EAM technology solutions into a complex enterprise environment
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal), negotiating & diplomacy skills


Tasks of Role:

  •  Responsible for managing the scope and deliverables of the project within the time and budgetary constraints of the established contract
  • Manage the proposal timeline and resource plan, which may be modified after the project initiation through the change request process
  • Ensure that specific requirements gathered by Business Analysts as part of the project can be executed within the initial contract scope
  • Assist Business Analysts in documenting requirements & user stories
  • Project Manager will initiate change requests and manage them through the change process
  • Responsible for tracking actual versus forecasted costs on a weekly basis
  • Responsible for documenting project history
  • Must document & raise to management any risks to the successful delivery of project



  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
