Maximo Technical Consultants, Jr & Mid-Level - Bangalore, India

Interloc seeks two (2) Maximo technical staff for our location in Bangalore, India. These roles are for one (1) junior and one (1) mid-level Maximo technical resource. This is a great opportunity to work within an established team of Maximo consulting professionals supporting varied EAM projects. 

We are interested in candidates who meet, or closely meet, the following criteria:

·         Minimum one (1) year Maximo expertise 

·         Provide technical services over the entire lifecycle of a project

·         Conduct Maximo installations and upgrades

·         Participate in solution architecture design. 

·         Perform application and solution development to meet project requirements

·         Develop and document detailed technical designs to meet business requirements

·         Manage multiple technical environments and support the development and testing processes

·         Lead or assist in data conversion and migration efforts

·         Configure Maximo and assist in the development of interfaces to external systems

·         Identify areas of customization and optimization and provide solutions that meet the business requirements

·         Conduct system testing as necessary

·         Assist users as necessary in support of go-live activities Requirements

Assistant Sys Administrator/Information Security Officer - Seattle WA

Interloc is seeking a junior to mid-level person to perform three interrelated roles within our organization.  The first is as an assistant system administrator, helping with day to day IT operations. The second is as an information security officer, defining and implementing the required security procedures and systems to achieve and maintain NIST 800.53 compliance.  The final is as a facility security officer, which expands the IT security role to encompass overall organizational security practices as detailed below.  


These three roles will be filled by a single person with the particular weighted duties alternating as the organizational security culture evolves and matures.

Duties of the Assistant Systems Administrator

As Assistant Systems Administrator, you are part of a team charged with maintaining the corporate information systems infrastructure. You will assist with supporting back ups, data restoration and running domain scans to ensure appropriate access and security.  Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the computer system of the company in Microsoft Azure

  • Provide end-user support, resolving technical issues and provides technical assistance for all operating systems

  • Provide remote support to corporate users electronically or by phone

  • Perform all tasks associated with new employee activation or termination

  • Perform maintenance of the business software applications

  • Implements, installs, configures, monitors, and evaluates existing and new operating systems

  • Test, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical problems.

  • Perform and review vulnerability scans on a quarterly basis or when a change of the network has occurred and present findings to management

  • Comply with corporate Change Management process and policies before implementing any modifications to any corporate system

  • Install updates and hotfixes to systems when new releases are available

  • Other duties as assigned


Duties of the ISO

The Information Security Officer (ISO) primary purpose is to direct strategy, operations, and policy for the protection of the enterprise information system. The scope of responsibility will encompass communications, applications, and infrastructure, including the development and enforcement of the policies and procedures which apply. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program

  • Ensure that disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place and tested

  • Review and approve security policies, controls, and cyber incident response planning

  • Identify risks and actionable plans to protect the business

  • Implement and manage information security and risk management awareness training programs for all approved systems users

  • Provide regular reporting on the status of the information security program

  • Ensure continued compliance of the security programs with all applicable laws and regulations

  • Oversee identity and access management

  • Review investigations after breaches or incidents, including impact analysis and recommendations for avoiding similar vulnerabilities

  • Manage security incidents and events to protect corporate IT assets, data and company reputation

  • Conduct periodic security audits

  • Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the most current version of the NIST controls

  • Maintain a current understanding of the Cyber threat landscape

  • Constantly update the cybersecurity strategy to leverage new technology and threat information

  • Coordinate security tool deployment and implementation

  • Serve as the advisor to the management team on status and risks, conduct research and provide updates on industry standards

  • Oversee the overall security architecture, strategy, and collaborate with management on any security expenditures

  • Communicate best practices and risks across the organization

  • Other duties as assigned

Duties of the Facilities Security Officer

The FSO is responsible for implementing the industrial security program and ensuring company and customer security requirements are met and ensuring 100% compliance with DoD requirements and the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM). Specific responsibilities include:

  • Ensures contract security compliance with National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD Manual 5205.07, Contract Security Classification Specification (DD254) and Program Classification Guides

  • Conduct security self-inspections, apply risk mitigation methodologies, support customer assessments, and implement security measures to meet requirements

  • Provide clear guidance to company employees, and recommend modifications to operations policies or procedures as appropriate

  • Develop a security education and awareness programs

  • Implement and maintain facility and personnel security clearances

  • Provide security direction to program managers and employees

  • Other duties as assigned


Skills/Qualifications:  Excellent technical skills, organizational and planning skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills, problem analysis, attention to detail and accuracy, solid judgment and decision-making ability, takes initiative and is adaptable.

Experience working with some (not all) of following technologies is desired but not required :

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree, with a technical major, such as mathematics, statistics, engineering or computer science is desired. Degree may be substituted for 3-5 years of related work experience. 


Travel:  While the majority of this work can be accomplished from a remote location or home office, candidates in the Seattle,Washington area are highly desirable as face to face meetings and work requiring presence in our corporate office will be more cost effective to facilitate.

Background Investigation:  

Current clearance and background investigation is desired.  

Must be able to obtain a favorable Background Investigation including an FBI fingerprint check

Must be able to obtain and maintain access to government information systems

Must be a U.S. citizen
