Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager – Dallas TX

Interloc has an immediate need for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager for a large Interloc Maximo project in Dallas, Texas. This is a long-term subcontractor need largely onsite in Dallas, TX once travel and workplace restrictions are lifted. More information on this opportunity:

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Leading the change management activities within a structured process framework.
  • Socialize process changes with business units
  • Designing the strategic approach to managing change and support operations that fall within the domain of change management.
  • Evaluating the change impact and organizational readiness to limit potential risk.
  • Supporting training and communication as part of change management. Activities include designing and delivering specialized training resources to appropriate userbase.
  • Evaluating the risk of change and providing actionable guidelines on reducing the impact.
  • Evaluating resistance in adopting the change at the user, process, and technology level.
  • Develop clear communications and training materials for each business unit community of EAM users to ensure they understand “what’s in it for me” and adopt each change.
  • Managing the change portfolio, which allows the organization to prepare for and successfully adopt the change.
  • Develop list of process changes and documentations.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the decisions and performance related to the change request.

 

OCM Tasks

  • Develop and Review EAM Test Plan
  • Develop EAM Test Criteria
  • Develop EAM Regression Testing Plan
  • Develop and Review EAM Training Plan
  • Develop EAM End User Training Materials
  • Create EAM Admin Training Materials
  • EAM Admin Training Delivery (Train the Trainer)
  • EAM End User Training Support

 

Required/Desired Skills

  • Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) experience required; Maximo EAM preferred
  • Previous experience managing organization change related to EAM
  • Previous experience as test lead/coordinator preferred
  • Prior transit project experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, a must
  • Prior experience dealing with executives of large organizations

Flutter Developer - US Remote 

We are looking for a Flutter Developer to join our Products & Technology group. This position will contribute to the continued success of Interloc and our delivery of award-winning Maximo mobility solutions. This is a great opportunity to work within a talented team of mobile development professionals. Candidates will ideally be based in Seattle, but we will consider remote US based applicants

Candidates must have legal right to work in the US; we cannot sponsor at this time.

Developers must have prior expertise in Flutter development. Interloc is interested in those who match or closely match the following credentials:

 

  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering or Business-related field and/or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum three (3) years of hands-on experience in a technical position involving implementation and development of mobile applications
  • Prior experience in design and development of Flutter applications
  • Ability to convert functional requirements into user interface designs and prototypes, and developed application(s)
  • Prior knowledge/experience with Maximo Enterprise Asset Management highly desired, but not required
  • Must possess strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to work well solo and in a project team environment
  • Excellent client facing experience e.g., product demos, requirements gathering, definition of technology needs and application design
  • Open to business travel as necessary (maximum 25%)
  • Enthusiasm for technology with pulse on current trends and technologies in the area of mobile application development
  • Dedication to continued learning and growth within mobile application technologies
