Mike Watson, President and CEO of Interloc Solutions, founded the company with a vision to o create a market leader with deep expertise in IBM Maximo, mobility and Cloud solutions and to empower enterprises to revolutionize the management of mission-critical assets using leading-edge technology.
Previously, Mike co-founded a successful IT consulting firm in California and worked as a technology consultant in Europe, bringing valuable experience to Interloc's innovative approach.
Mike graduated from the University of Manchester with a BSc (honors) in Computation.
With over 20 years of experience in global technology markets, Skip brings extensive expertise and a proven track record of success to our team. Skip's distinguished career began with MRO Software in 1996, where he rose to Vice President of North America Professional Services before the company was acquired by IBM in 2006. At IBM, Skip held various leadership roles, including Senior Partner and Global Leader in Asset and Manufacturing Optimization, managing global practices and driving significant growth.
Gretchen Gallagher is responsible for setting strategy and bringing vision to the Business Development and Marketing Division within Interloc. Gretchen is responsible for overseeing Interloc’s client and vendor relationships by delivering client value and business growth. Gretchen currently manages Business Development, Recruiting and Marketing.
With over 22 years of enterprise software and consulting services experience, Gretchen brings to Interloc a unique blend of large and small company experience as well as excellent business acumen.
Scott Peluso is the Executive Vice President, of Customer Support & Cloud Services for Interloc. With a focus on client success, he oversees Product Support, Managed Services, and Hosting operations to Interloc’s clients. Scott also leads Interloc’s cloud infrastructure, internal IT services, and product Marketing.
Scott has worked with Maximo Asset Management for over 30 years, first starting as a Maximo Systems Support analyst at PSDI. Throughout his career, Scott has supported thousands of clients implementing Maximo. Prior to joining Interloc, Scott was the Business Unit Executive for IBM’s Internet of Things division leading all Support delivery for the Maximo, Rational, and TRIRIGA portfolios.
Joe Mendoza has been working in enterprise asset management, specifically IBM Maximo since 2001. During this time, Joe has been an integral part of the successful completion of dozens of projects / implementation, acting in key project roles from technical to functional to project management. Joe holds Maximo certifications in the areas of advisor, deployment and advanced deployment. Joe is passionate about working hands-on with his technical team to find the best solutions that help clients realize their goals and objectives.
Brad is the Vice President Commercial Solutions for Interloc and in this position Brad oversees all the projects and deliverables provided to our commercial customers. Building long term relationships with our customers is Brad’s key to ensuring success for our clients and Interloc.
Brad has been managing software implementations for over 35 years with the last 25 years focusing on Asset Management. Managing large complex projects, small personal projects, customer support and application development throughout this time, Brad provides a strong leadership and management focus to the Commercial Solutions team.
Kristi Ledenbach is Vice President, Project Delivery for Interloc. She is in charge of managing all functional consultants, project oversight, and key client implementation and account management. Kristi is a member of WIRAM (Women in Reliability and Asset Management) and a Certified Reliability Leader. Joining the Interloc team in 2009, her roles have included Engagement Manager, Project Manager, and functional team member.
Kristi has worked with IBM Maximo for over 15 years across multiple clients and industries including pharma, food manufacturing, oil and gas, rail, transportation, airport, and aerospace. Prior to her consulting responsibilities and roles, Kristi was a Ground Support engineer at the Kennedy Space Center and a professor of Aerospace Engineering. Kristi holds both a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering.
John “JB” Theriault is Interloc’s Vice President, Federal Solutions bringing a wealth knowledge, leadership, and a customer service focus to our company having served 30+ years in the United States Navy Supply Corps retiring as a Navy Captain.
JB’s military experience was primarily focused on Naval Aviation and Naval Budgeting and Finance.
As a Captain, he served as Comptroller, NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (formerly Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP)) where he was responsible for successful migration of numerous legacy resource management information systems to manage finance, workforce management, and supply chain management into a single, corporate-wide commercial software. His last assignment was as Force Supply Officer, Naval Air Force Atlantic where he was accountable for the infrastructure and personnel supporting logistics readiness of all deployed Navy and Marine Corps aviation forces worldwide.
A seasoned IT professional, Aaron Hermes has more than two decades of experience in helping organizations align their technical strategy with their business goals. Supporting customers of all shapes and sizes, from small startup companies to large multi-billion-dollar government agencies, he has demonstrated success helping clients reduce spending, improve performance, and exceed the expectations of their customers. As Vice-President of Product Development, Aaron is responsible for leading the continued evolution of Mobile Informer, Interloc’s award-winning platform for Maximo mobility, as well as supporting Interloc’s partners worldwide as they leverage Mobile Informer to solve their customers’ most complex mobility challenges.
